with reduced mobility or disabilities, have heating and hot water this winter.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DONATION - HOW WE FIGHT ENERGY POVERTY
By helping families who have difficulties in applying for the electricity and/or thermal social benefit as a severely vulnerable consumer or in applying for aid as a consumer at risk of social exclusion, faced with complicated bureaucracy with the electricity companies and, where appropriate, with the social services of their community or municipality, either due to a low level of education, lack of knowledge of the language in the case of immigrants, the elderly or people with reduced mobility, the seriously ill, people with disabilities or a general lack of knowledge of their rights and the administrative process for applying for this aid.

Defending the rights of vulnerable energy consumers, especially the severely vulnerable and/or consumers at risk of social exclusion, informing them of their rights, assisting them in the defence of their interests, especially with regard to stopping supply cut-off orders and/or for the immediate restoration of energy supplies in cases where supply has been cut off.

Financing part of the bill costs of the most vulnerable families that are not covered by the administration or the electricity companies of reference, for certain families of severely vulnerable consumers whose members include children, elderly people, seriously ill people, people with disabilities or reduced mobility and who, despite their situation, do not strictly comply with all the requirements for receiving aid as consumers at risk of social exclusion, or who for whatever reason have not managed to obtain this aid for consumers at risk of social exclusion.
