CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENT
Use this document if you wish to return your order within 14 working days of receiving it.

Once you have completed this document, you will have to communicate it to the Customer Service Department by e-mail at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 900 877 555. Once received, we will inform you of the guidelines to follow.
Conditions of withdrawal:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Products which have been made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised will not be returned.
- The amount paid will be refunded at the latest within 14 working days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
